Modern apartment in Tapiola

Stylishly decorated apartment suitable for 2+2 people, built in 2020. The apartment is located in an apartment building on the only roof level above the shopping center, floor 8/12. The bedroom has a queen-size bed (200x160), the living room has a sofa bed (180x140), a separate 190x80x8 mattress (also in the pictures) and a folding bed on the floor 198x66x12. The size of the apartment is approximately 44 sqm. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the rent. The apartment can also be inquired about for longer-term use. The space The apartment is the only one on top of the shopping center and the deck-level elevators have direct access to the middle of Aino, parking spaces, metro, and buses. Arriving at the apartment is easiest by public transportation. For example, you can drive to the Aino parking garage (1 hour free, see instructions on Aino's pages), bring the luggage up, and return to park the car elsewhere. There are scarce 24-hour spots in the area (often used, see places in the last photo), but for example, 2h/4h disc seats can usually be found in the area well (within 1km). The direction of the glazed balcony is west and you can hang a hammock from the hooks on the ceiling. There are glazing on the entire patio with glazing on the deck and blackout curtains inside. I have personally found the apartment to be peaceful and quiet, even at times when there is construction in the area. The apartment is on a district heating network, which is also available for cooling. You can virtually adjust the temperature from +-2 degrees from the base heat. Cooling keeps the apartment comfortable even on sunny hot days if you use glaze blinds and blackout curtains to protect the direct sunshine. Instead, the intense heat and especially the direct sunlight inside raises the temperature of the apartment. The apartment also has a separate mobile cooler (slightly noisy), which can be used to cool the bedroom, for example, in the evening in about an hour. Guest access The apartment's small dressing room, the black top cabinets above the queen-size bed are not available to the tenant and are locked. The sliding door cabinets in the hallway, the hallway cabinet, the bedside drawer, the separate under-bed drawers (2 pcs) and the living room bookshelf compartment have space to store and hang clothes. So there should be enough space for more than one person. The size of the apartment is 46m2, of which about 44m2 is available to the tenant. Other things to note If there is no guest in the apartment the day before, check-in earlier than 3 pm is usually possible without any problems and does not cost anything. I'll know the situation for sure about two days before your arrival. You can also inquire about extending your checkout. Usually it works, it doesn't cost anything if it fits the schedule.
