The space The living area, completely renovated in 2024, is a very large and bright open space, which welcomes you with a warm and comfortable atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors: • Living room with comfortable sofa and two armchairs, Smart-TV with Netflix subscription included, large table and rustic wooden chairs, Piazzetta pellet stove. • Fully equipped modern kitchen with 4 burners, fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher and everything you need to cook and dine. • 1 bathroom, with shower – anteroom equipped with washing machine. The fifth bed is a comfortable and new sofa bed, located on the ground floor, in the living area. For your entertainment, you will find books on the history and hiking trails of the plateau, children's reading and board games, ideal for family evenings; the smart TV, with Netflix subscription included. Your 4-legged friends will be welcome and can have fun running free and happy in the garden! The garden is very large, set up with comfortable deckchairs, a sunbed where you can take wonderful naps, or read a book, lulled by the chirping of the birds! The house is divided into two parts, one is the owner's home, the other is available for rent. Guests can use the entire large garden, shared with the host. The garden is also set up with a convenient wood grill, available to guests and equipped with a table and comfortable deckchairs. Our dream has always been to have a small house in the mountains, close to the woods, in the middle of the greenery, with some nice walks that you can take starting directly from the garden, away from the noise and chaos, but at the same time convenient to some characteristic mountain villages and services. The house is located in Bocchetta Galgi, in the Municipality of Conco, and represents the gateway to the Asiago plateau, from the area of Bassano del Grappa and Marostica, located a short walk from Val Lastaro and the Biancoia ski lifts. The place is very quiet. The nearest town is Conco, located a few minutes away by car (5 km), where you can find the services you need: bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, butcher shop, pastry shop, pizzerias, bank, etc. You will also find a well-stocked grocery store closer, 3.5 km away, in the hamlet of Rubbio. In Rubbio, in addition to the grocery store, you will find the Rubens Stube pizzeria restaurant, which also sells meat from their farm and bread baked in the pizzeria's wood-fired oven. In the surroundings of the house you can find various restaurants, trattorias and pizzerias: for example.
