A modern smaller holiday apartment with the possibility of a wellness or table tennis in the house. The space Entrance hallway, common room with TV, seating area, balcony with seating and kitchenette (fridge with freezer, kettle, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, stove, microwave with built-in baking oven), 1 extra bed – double sofa bed and 1 double bed, 1x triple bedroom (double bed and 1 single bed, TV, wardrobe, chest of drawers), bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). Heating: central, pet: YES – only small breeds (max 1) on REQUEST. At the property: private parking (1x). Additional parking is available near the house for free (we do not guarantee the capacity, especially in winter). Washer and dryer shared - available in common areas. The apartment is smaller. Recommended capacity: up to 4 people for more comfort. Other things to note The price does not include tourist fees paid before arrival for the stay (30 CZK/person/night) and before arrival a key deposit is paid: 100 EUR or 2.000 CZK to our account (you will receive the information before your arrival on your email, we return the deposit within 5 working days of departure).
