Modern smaller recreational apartment with the possibility of wellness or table tennis in the house. The space Entrance hall, common room with TV, sitting area, balcony with sitting area and kitchenette (fridge with freezer, kettle, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, stove, microwave with built-in oven), 1x extra bed - fold-out double bed for 1-2 people, 1x triple bedroom (double bed and 1x single bed, TV, wardrobe, chest of drawers), bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). Heating: central, pets: YES – only small breeds (max. 1) upon REQUEST. At the building: private parking (1x). Additional parking is possible near the house according to free capacity (we do not guarantee capacity, especially in winter). Shared washing machine and dryer - available in common areas. The apartment is smaller. Recommended capacity: up to 4 people for greater comfort. Other things to note The price does not include tourist fees paid before arrival (30 CZK/person/night) and a key deposit is paid before arrival: 100 EUR or 2,000 CZK to our account (you will receive information before arrival to your email, we will return the deposit within 5 working days of departure).
