Feel at home in this well appointed, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom beach front apartment. Sleeps 4 with a queen bed and full size single bunks. On the doorstep of the award-winning Strand beach. Steps away from a range of restaurants, cafes, takeaways and shops, A quick drive or escooter ride to the CBD and Queensland Country stadium. This ground floor unit is fully accessible for people of all abilities. Walk out the door, directly into the pool area, or cross the road for a stroll on the beach. The space The living area is bright and airy with an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with amazing natural light from the sliding glass doors leading out to a patio next to the resort style pool. Walk straight into the master bedroom, featuring a luxurious queen size bed and an ensuite with a walk in shower, vanity, laundry and toilet as well as a built in wardrobe. There is a private laundry with washer and dryer and an iron and ironing board are available. A clothes airer is also provided for environmentally conscious guests. The kitchen is well equipped, including a fridge, double hot plate, microwave and a dishwasher, as well as basic cookware and dishes. There is one (1) secure, undercover parking space included free with your stay, however loss of or damage to garage remote will incure a $180 fee for replacement and programming. There is also free street parking along the strand and on the side streets, and a driveway that you can pull into to load and unload your car on arrival and departure. Guest access You'll have entire apartment all to yourself, and use of the pool area, as well as access to the amazing beach, playgrounds and barbecues across the street. Other things to note We will provide information about check in when it gets closer to your booking date. There is folder of important information on the bench (think Wi-Fi password, best places to eat, and takeaway menus). We can not guarantee access to the pool and barbecue area at all times as there is always a possibility of unexpected maintenance or closure due to it being a shared space. If this occurs during your stay, it will not be grounds for refund as it is out of our control. The apartment is on the ground floor, next to the pool. Please ensure that children are supervised at all times. Please do not smoke or vape anywhere on the property, you'll need to leave the grounds to do so. Strictly no pets. Whilst we are certain your furry friend is a very polite guest, it is against building rules, and we have severe allergies
