Bisento Hill Apartment

A lovely place for the vacationers who are looking for peace and space. The house is on a hill with panoramic views of nature and the Caribbean Sea. Located in rural and hilly Banda Abou, with the most beautiful beaches nearby: Knipbaai, Cas Abou Beach and Daaibooibaai. Dine out at one of the many restaurants nearby: Karakter, E Laternu, Dokterstuin, De Buurvrouw and Bali. And then have a drink in the palapa of the vacation home until the wee hours of the morning. The space The vacation home is very spacious at about 90 m². On the ground floor is the living room (27 m²) with sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen and bathroom with toilet, sink and shower with hot water. Upstairs is the bedroom (25m²) with queen size bed and small bathroom en-suite. The house is suitable for a stay of 4 adults and possibly a baby/toddler. All baby items are available upon request. Electricity and water are included in the price. In the garden is a palapa (tropical garden house) where you can sit outside all day in the shade while the trade wind cools you down. You can invite friends and acquaintances here for a drink or BBQ. The house is surrounded by a garden with flowering shrubs, lawn and palm trees. Due to the high location of the house (64m above sea level), you have a fantastic view of Bisento estate and the Caribbean Sea. The house is equipped with solar panels for sustainable power supply. We do ask guests to turn off the air conditioning in the bedroom when the bedroom is not in use. In the living room (= 2nd bedroom) there is no air conditioning, but here is a fan for the necessary cooling. All rooms have 110V and 220V wall sockets and have WiFi reception. The WiFi provider is not 100% reliable, which means that the internet connection can sometimes be lost. The vacation home is located in a nature reserve where you can enjoy the tranquility and beautiful views. We ask you to respect this peace by not playing loud music. Thank you in advance. Guest access The vacation home is completely independent, has its own lockable access gate, driveway with parking for 4-5 cars and private entrance to the house. The garden around the house can be used by our guests to sunbathe, there are two lazy garden chairs waiting for you. The palapa is completely at the disposal of our guests. Other things to note Although Banda Abou is the rural part of the island, there is a lot to do here. In addition to the many beaches where you can sunbathe, swim and dive, there are various nature parks, museums, historic mansions, restaurants and every Sunday morning in Barber the market hall is open with typical Curaçao dishes. There are several trails for hiking or even cycling (MTB for rent).
