Bisento Hill Apartment

A wonderful place for the vacationers who are looking for peace and space. The property is on a hill with sweeping views over nature and the Caribbean sea. Located in rural and hilly Banda Abou, with the most beautiful beaches close by: Knipbaai, Cas Abou Beach and Daaibooibaai. Dining in one of the many restaurants close by: Character, E Laternu, Dokterstuin, De Buurvrouw and Bali. And then have a drink until the small hours in the palapa of the vacation home. The space The vacation home is very spacious with about 90 m². On the ground floor is the living room (27 m²) with sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen and bathroom with toilet, sink and shower with hot water. On the floor is the bedroom (25m²) with queen bed and small bathroom en-suite. The house is suitable for stays of 4 adults and possibly a baby/toddler. All baby stuff is available on request. Electricity and water are included in the price. In the garden is a palapa (tropical garden shed) where you can sit outside in the shade all day while the trade winds cool. Here you can invite friends and acquaintances for a drink or BBQ. The house is surrounded by a garden with flowering shrubs, lawn and palm trees. Due to the high location of the house (64m above sea level) you have a fantastic view over estate Bisento and the Caribbean Sea. The house is equipped with solar panels for sustainable power supply. We do ask guests to turn off the AC in the bedroom when the bedroom is not in use. In the living room (= 2nd bedroom) there is no air conditioning but here is a fan for the necessary cooling. All rooms have 110V and 220V wall sockets and WiFi reception. The WiFi provider is not 100% reliable, so the internet connection can sometimes be removed. The vacation home is located in a nature reserve where you can enjoy the tranquility and the beautiful view. We kindly ask you to respect this tranquility by not playing loud music. Thanks in advance Guest access The vacation home is completely independent, has its own lockable access gate, driveway with parking for 4-5 cars and private entrance to the house. The garden around the house can be used by our guests to sunbathe, there are two lazy garden chairs ready for you. The palapa is completely at our guests disposal. Other things to note Although Banda Abou is the rural part of the island, there is a lot to do here. In addition to the many beaches where you can sunbathe, swim and dive, there are several nature parks, museums, historic country houses, restaurants and every Sunday morning the market hall is open in Barber with typical Curaçouse dishes. There are several trails for hiking or even cycling (MTB for rent).
