Laundry: Convenient inside laundry room. Outdoor Amenities The backyard is a private oasis designed for relaxation and entertainment: Pool: A heated saltwater pool with new equipment. Grill & Deck: Perfect for al fresco dining or lounging by the water. Floating Dock: Enjoy direct water access for kayaking, paddleboarding, or simply taking in the view. Use our Paddle Boards: If you plan to use the 2 paddle boards we provide, each participant must sign a waiver. Please notify us in advance to complete the waiver process. There is a fence around the sides and front but there is direct access to the dock/canal. Children must be supervised at all times. While we do our best to ensure they are functioning properly, we cannot guarantee pool heating and do not offer refunds for heating issues, except for the original pool heating fee. If a problem arises, we will make every effort to resolve it as quickly as possible. While we don’t anticipate any issues, we appreciate your understanding that, like any technology, malfunctions can happen. Pool rules: Adult supervision for children at all times No diving No running No jumping in the pool - please use steps. Propane is not provided - but can be filled our switched at local hardware store. Maximum 3 cars allowed - No street parking - all cars must be in driveway Essential supplies are provided for the first few days, guests are responsible for extra toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, etc after what we provide is used Pool Heater Disclaimer: We strive to ensure that all amenities, including the pool heater, are in proper working order for your stay. However, as with any technology, unexpected malfunctions can occur. If the pool heater fails or does not function properly during your stay, we will make every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
