This cozy 4-bedroom, 2-bath home offers a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious Florida room ideal for family gatherings, and a large fenced-in backyard for outdoor fun. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or soaking up the coastal breeze on your private creek-side dock, this home has everything you need for a memorable stay. Close to the beach, dining, and local attractions, it’s the ultimate getaway The space The home: Nestled among lush, dense vegetation, our home offers a serene and private retreat in nature while also being located in a very safe, friendly neighborhood. As such, please note that some areas have uneven footing due to tree roots, so please watch your step while exploring the property. This is primarily pertinent when navigating the steps to the dock and the far right side of the driveway when looking at the home. The rooms: All rooms have large closets, perfect for being organized for longer stays. There is a smart TV in the living room and the main bedroom so you can have access to your own streaming services. The main room has a king bed, there are two rooms with queen beds, and 1 room with a bunk bed that has a full and a twin bed. The yard: Since we are located on the Jones Creek, it is not uncommon for crabs and turtles to visit the yard. Please keep pets and wildlife separate for the safety of both parties. The shed: Corn hole and bocce ball are provided, along with everything that you would need for an enjoyable trip to the beach including an umbrella, cooler, and beach chairs. The dock: The backyard has a gate with access to our private dock along the Jones Creek. Hopefully you’re able to see turtles, catfish, and even the elusive otters that occasionally visit. Due to water conditions, fishing is not recommended. Please be mindful when ascending/descending the steps as tree roots have made the stairs slightly uneven. Parking: There is plenty of parking. You can easily fit four cars and creatively fit six. Please do not block the sidewalk for our active neighbors. **Be aware of uneven surfaces to the far right aspect of the driveway as the roots of our majestic oak tree have come to the surface** Kid friendly: Parents ourselves, we hope you find all that you may need while traveling with your children. Always available, there is a pack n play, highchair and plates/bowls/cups/utensils. If you need anything else that you didn’t want to travel with, please reach out as we may have one to lend you.
