If sleeper sofa is needed, please let me know I can make it for you. Guest access Entire guest house, with river front access. No fires permitted in outdoor fire pits or indoor fire place. Main house, including hot tub and sauna, not included. Other things to note Owners live on site in main house (about 20 yards from guest house) with young children and small dog.
