El Niu

The “El Niu” estate, with only 4 separate apartments, combines privacy and comfort. Located just 8 minutes from the Line 5 metro station and 6 minutes from Line 1, it offers a quick and easy connection to downtown Barcelona, Spotify Camp Nou, the airport and much more. Guest access The building has security cameras at the front desk and in common areas to ensure the safety of guests and their belongings. During your stay Although the locks are smart and we will send the access codes before arrival, we will be available online for any questions. In addition, we will personally greet guests to explain how the facilities work and make sure they have everything they need for a comfortable stay. Other things to note Check-in for the property is done online through a link that guests will receive in the booking confirmation. The tourist tax amount will be collected through a payment link days before arrival. Since there are other guests on the property, it is essential to keep quiet between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to ensure everyone's peace of mind. We also have a strict “no parties” policy, as some guests are staying for work and need to get adequate rest.
