Nestled in the prestigious Lake Harmony Estates, our 4-bedroom + Loft retreat offers the perfect blend of serenity and adventure for your winter or summer escape. The space SUMMER ACTIVITIES Take a short 15-minute stroll to the private Lake Harmony Beach, where you’ll enjoy FREE access for up to 10 people! Relax by the water, fish, power boat, water ski, swim, or take advantage of the picnic tables and beach volleyball courts. Our neighborhood also offers tennis and shuffleboard courts, and Lake Harmony Watersport provides rentals for kayaks, canoes, rowboats, paddleboards, water skis, and wakeboards. Prefer land-based adventures? Explore the scenic trails of Hickory Run State Park and Austin Blakeslee Natural Area—both just a short drive away. Your perfect getaway awaits! WINTER ACTIVITIES Perfectly nestled in between Big Boulder Ski Resort and Jack Frost Ski Resorts, there is no better way to access the local mountains than from our cabin. Both ski resorts are a 5-10 minute drive from our cabin where you can ski, snowboard, and go snow tubing. OTHER ACTIVITIES A myriad of other activities await you and your family including the Poconos Raceway, Split Rock Resort, horseback riding, paintball, bowling, theaters, golf, shopping, and more! INSIDE THE CABIN: Step inside to discover a spectacular game room, complete with a full-size pool table, wet bar, and foosball table - perfect for lively evenings with family and friends. Unwind in front of the stone gas fireplace, catch up on your favorite shows on one of the 3 Smart TVs, or challenge each other to a gaming session in the loft area. Whip up a home made meal in our fully equipped kitchen as you gather in our dining area that seats 10+. We even have essentials covered for our littlest guests, including a high chair, portable baby gate, and pack and play. CABIN LAYOUT: The cabin has three levels. First Floor: Game room and wet bar, 1 full bathroom, 2 bedrooms both with Full size beds. Second Floor: Kitchen, Family Room, 1 full bathroom, 2 bedrooms both with Queen size beds. Loft: 2 Full size beds, 1 Twin bed, and 1 half bath. OUTDOORS: Outdoor enthusiasts will love the expansive decks with ambient lighting, perfect for alfresco dining or soaking in the 8x8 foot hot tub under the stars. Challenge your friends to a game of bocce ball or horseshoes, then gather around the fire pit for s'mores and stories. Other things to note PETS: We welcome up to two house-trained dogs for an additional $150 per dog. We appreciate you keeping an eye on your dogs and kindly ask that they do not jump on the beds and furniture. Dogs should be crated inside the home when the owners are out. Damage to the property will incur additional charges. SERVICE & EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS: Service Animal and Emotional Support Animals MUST be disclosed, in writing, prior to booking. The pet fee is waived only for legitimate service or emotional support animals that remain with their owner at all times. If there is evidence that the animal was left alone, the pet fee will be applied. RENTAL AGREEMENT & CHECK IN PROCESS Guests are required to sign a short-term rental agreement prior to check-in. The agreement outlines house rules, liability, and property use. We also ask guests to provide an ID and CC upon booking. These additional security measures had to be implemented to prevent fraudulent bookings. A link with all of this information will be provided upon booking. If you are not comfortable with any of this information, you are welcome to cancel within 24 hours of booking as long as it's not a same day booking. PLEASE NOTE: All electronic accessories and system connections—including USB converters, plugs, hot tub system components, and the Fire Stick in the loft—are essential parts of the home and are clearly labeled not to be removed or tampered with. These items are provided for guest use only during your stay and must remain in the home at all times; any missing, damaged, or removed electronic equipment or connections will incur a $100 replacement fee, which may be deducted from the security deposit or charged through the booking platform. Extra Guest Policy: We allow up to 2 additional overnight guests for $50/night per person. Important: We only provide beds and linens for up to 13 guests. Any additional guests beyond this number will need to bring their own bedding/sleeping arrangements. Summer Season Notice: During the summer months, our cabin does not have air conditioning in each bedroom. However, every bedroom is equipped with a fan, and there are air conditioning units in both the living room and the basement to help keep the cabin comfortable. If you prefer a cooler temperature, we recommend using the bedroom fans while enjoying the air-conditioned common areas. Fireplace Update: Please note that our fireplace is currently undergoing maintenance. Replacement parts have been ordered and are expected to arrive in early August. As a result, the fireplace may be unavailable for stays during July and early August. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure it is fully operational for future guests.
