Home has central heating and Air. The home has 2 bedrooms downstairs, each with a queen bed and a private attached bathroom. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, one with a CA King and the other with 2 twin beds. The rooms are attached by a shared full bath. King room has a smart TV. Full kitchen, completely stocked for your cooking needs, spices and all. Coffee and tea bar, crockpot, toaster, popcorn maker, and all cooking utensils. Enjoy sitting in the open concept living room with views of the farm, a reclining couch, wood burning stove and large flat screen Smart TV. ** Wood is NOT provided by host. Kitchen table can seat 8, leaf in closet of back bedroom and extra chairs in bedrooms. Home has WiFi. Enjoy a fully enclosed, fully furnished back porch that looks over the back of the farm with table that seats 8. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Guests are welcome to walk and enjoy the farm. Staying in behind and in front of the farm house, but please do not go in any fenced pastures, even if gates or walkways are open. We are happy to suggest restaurants, coffee places, and historical sites to visit. **We allow a maximum of 2 pets with a one-time $50 charge. An additional $250 cleaning fee applies if pet(s) sleep on beds/furniture. We kindly request that the animals DO NOT get on any furniture. Guest agrees to pay for any damage(s) incurred from their pet(s). Dogs need to be kept on a leash and not allowed in horse pastures, as horse could kick and injure them. Please do not leave pets unattended in the house. The home is a NON SMOKING facility. Smoking guests who do not adhere to house rules and leave cigarette butts or residual odor within the home, agree to forfeit their $500 damage deposit.
