Guest access The entire apartment will be at your disposal with the property ready and prepared for your arrival with the beds made, a set of towels for each guest and heating or air conditioning. We adapt to our guests' preferences, so we offer a face-to-face welcome, whenever the schedule allows, or a self check-in with codes if they prefer. A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to arrange your check-in according to your needs, always trying to adjust to your schedules as much as possible. To make your stay even more comfortable and pleasant, we offer a variety of additional services, such as additional cleaning, room service with a varied menu, a private guide to discover the city in a personalized way, airport pick-up, private excursions tailored to your interests, flamenco shows to experience the authentic Andalusian culture, bus or cruise tours to explore the city from different perspectives, and car or bicycle rental to move around freely. If you need any other service, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to meet your needs. Other things to note Check-in is between 3:00 pm and 8:30 pm. We offer two check-in options: in person and self check-in. If you prefer to access the apartment on your own, you can do so at no additional cost at any time after 3:00 pm with a code that we will provide. If you want to check in before 3:00 pm, you should check with our team a day in advance. If there are guests the night before, you can leave your luggage from 11:30 am while our cleaning team prepares the apartment. If there are no guests the night before, we will be happy to provide you with early check-in. In-person check-in is available from 3:00 pm to 8:30 pm. If you need someone to meet you later than this time, there will be a surcharge of €30 from 8:30 pm to 10:30 pm or €50 after 10:30 pm.
