After booking is confirmed, you may alter your dates only once, and ONLY IF requested more than 7 days before check-in. No changes will be accepted within 7 days of check-in. 6. The washing machine is available for guests staying more than 3 nights. 7. Netflix is pre-setup for your convenience. If you find it logged out, press "Sign In" and send us the QR Code. All guests and visitors must be declared prior to arrival. Undeclared individuals will be denied entry by the reception as part of the building's protocol. Our Airbnb is located inside a residential building. On rare occasions, building maintenance or construction may occur. Permitted construction hours are 10:00 AM–12:00 NN and 1:00 PM–3:00 PM. As this is beyond our control, we kindly ask for your understanding for possible construction noises. 14. Please note that this is not a hotel but a private unit within a residential building.
