Below are the following amenities guests can use to have a comfortable stay: - 3-seater Sofa - 50-inch Smart TV with Netflix - Dining Area with complete dinnerwares, utensils, glasses, mugs etc. - Refrigerator, Oven, Microwave Oven - Electric Kettle - Complete set of cooking utensils - Toaster - Washer with Spin Dry - Laundry Rack - Toilet Bedroom 1: - Queen Sized bed with complete comforter and soft pillows - Workspace w/ chair - Additional Floor mattress for extra addtl guests Bedroom 2: - Double Sized bed with complete comforter and soft pillows • Our beds are equipped with soft pillows and bedsheets as well as fresh flannel blankets for a good night sleep. Comforter blankets are available upon request but not for same day and overnight bookings. Whether you’re traveling for business or pleasure, this unit is the perfect home away from home. Guest access Pool is accessible by Guests from Tuesdays to Fridays, 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Lost, damaged, or unreturned key and RFID card at checkout will incur a penalty of Php 3,000. ~~ We also offer on-site parking space with a fee. Availability of the said parking is upon confirmation of booking. Other things to note 1. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside and outside the unit at all times. Please see “House Rules” for fines imposed. 2. Please handle all towels and linens with care. The quantity provided will be based on the guest headcount in your booking. Additional or replacement items will incur a laundry fee. 3. To maintain cleanliness, we recommend a cleaning service for guests staying up to 4 nights. This service is available for a fee of Php 700. 4. Kindly note that complimentary drinking water and coffee are not provided. Please refer to our amenities list for available items in the unit. If you need something not listed, feel free to message us—we'll do our best to assist, but kindly manage your expectations. 5. After booking is confirmed, you may alter your dates only once, and ONLY IF requested more than 7 days before check-in. No changes will be accepted within 7 days of check-in. 6. The washing machine is available for guests staying more than 3 nights. 7. Netflix is pre-setup for your convenience. If you find it logged out, press "Sign In" and send us the QR Code. Please note: We use 5 profiles on one account to accommodate multiple guests. For uninterrupted viewing, you may use your own account (and kindly remember to sign out before checking out). 8. All guests and visitors must be declared prior to arrival. Undeclared individuals will be denied entry by the reception as part of the building's protocol. (Visitors are allowed until 11:00 PM only) 9. Please note that, as a residential building, we are unable to offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. 10. We kindly ask you to respect our home, our team, and all building personnel at all times. Violations of this policy will result in a penalty. 11. Our house rules are in place to ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable stay for everyone. 12. The accommodation will not be held liable for any accidents resulting from customer negligence. 13. Our Airbnb is located inside a residential building. On rare occasions, building maintenance or construction may occur. Permitted construction hours are 10:00 AM–12:00 NN and 1:00 PM–3:00 PM. As this is beyond our control, we kindly ask for your understanding for possible construction noises. 14. Please note that this is not a hotel but a private unit within a residential building. The building’s concierge/reception is not authorized to handle guest concerns or requests. For any assistance, kindly contact your host directly, and we’ll be happy to help.
