However, this is budget accommodation in a mixed-use residential condo, not a hotel. Since many residents cook or prepare food, pests like cockroaches can sometimes appear despite regular cleaning. This is quite common in short-term rentals in condominium buildings in the Philippines. If you expect hotel-like amenities or full-service maintenance, we completely understand and recommend booking a hotel instead. We just want to set proper expectations so you can have a comfortable stay. 😊 PARKING Option 1: Pay parking is available in front of the building (Fame Mall) but slots are limited. Php 30 first two hours Php 30 succeeding hour. PhP300 - overnight parking (7PM-7AM) Lost/Damaged Ticket - PhP400 + parking fee Option 2: There is also a Pay Parking (open parking) across Fame Residences along Mayflower St. (you may search on waze: Mayflower Parking Mandaluyong.) PhP50 - first 3 hours PhP10 - per succeeding hour PhP200 plus parking fee - overnight parking (applies to customer who enter the parking before 12am “AND” exit after 10am) Lost/Damaged Ticket - PhP500 + parking fee HOUSE RULES: ❌ No pets allowed. ❌ No smoking - A penalty of 1000 pesos shall be imposed for violating this house rule. ❌ No unregistered guests - A penalty of 500 pesos/unauthorized and unregistered guests shall be imposed for violating this house rule. ❌ No loud noises - The security shall have the right to eject guests for violating this house rule. ❌ No hanging towels and laundry on the balcony - The admin office imposes penalty of 1000 pesos for violating this house rule. ❌ No cooking of food with strong/pungent smell (e.g., bagoong/shrimp paste and dried fish) - A penalty of 1000 pesos shall be imposed for violating this house rule. Requests for extra linens and towels shall be subject to 500 pesos/set additional fee.
