The house has four double bedrooms (two of them with a double bed, and the other two with two single beds each), two bathrooms (the one on the ground floor with a shower cabin and the one on the top floor with a bathtub), a full kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, a backyard with a 7x3 meter salt pool for exclusive use and available all year round (not heated), and an attic with a terrace overlooking Seville. Parking is very easy next to the house, although due to its location, you will not need a car during the entire stay. Numerous supermarkets and shops within a one kilometer radius. Guest access The entire property is rented. Use of the home and pool is exclusively for guests. Saltwater pool available year-round. Please note that it is not heated.
