It is located at Study Butte RV Park, just 1 Mile from entrance to Big Bend National Park. It is also across the street from the only grocery store in town - The Cottonwood. This is a beautiful, vibrant location with completely dark skies. You will be amazed by the stars & constellations! The space The camper is on public utilities (this is rare) This is the best location we have found that can provide WiFi and Cell services. The camper is set up as follows: 1 private Queen bedroom with TV Quad Twin bunks with private room with TV - Great for kids!! Living space with TV Full bathroom with toilet, shower and sink Indoor/Outdoor seating Accommodates 6 guests The camper is brand new and one of the largest travel trailers on the market. Private Queen bedroom: Queen bedrooms and all other beds will have new mattresses and mattress protectors, pillows and protectors, all new linens and blankets, as well as 6 decorative pillows throughout the camper. Living room: A new smart TV! Feel free to login with your subscriptions (Netflix, etc) but don’t forget to log out as you leave! Bathroom: We will provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and a blow drier Kitchen: In the kitchen we have a new coffee maker and electric stovetop. Pots, pans, cups, mugs. Fridge and freezer work great. *Stove and stove top are disabled. There is an electric stove burner hot plate, a microwave and a grill, outside. * Pantry: Pantry has refills of coffee, cream and sugar. You can also find extra pillows, towels, and blankets in there. Other amenities: The RV park also offers 3 bathrooms equipped with showers. Other things to note: *NOTE: please do not drive over 5Mph when in the RV park. The owner of the park is very strict about that. There may also be a stop sign by the entrance, on the left side. If so, please stop at stop sign*
