Sleeping arrangements: Room to breathe on every floor Four bedrooms are spread across three floors, giving every guest a little world of their own. Two queen-bed rooms sit on the first floor, conveniently close to the bathroom and pool area. Head up to the second floor and you'll find another queen-bed room with its own ensuite and a smart TV for private downtime. The third-floor master is where the stay really opens up - a king bed, a large walk-in closet, and an ensuite complete with a jetted tub, shower, and separate vanities. Step out from the master onto one balcony and you're looking at the ocean; step out onto the other, and the Intracoastal and pool stretch out below you. Indoor living: Gather, unwind, stay connected The second-floor family room is the heart of the home - a 55-inch smart TV and Nintendo Switch make it easy to settle in for a relaxed evening without going anywhere. When work can't wait, the dedicated executive office on the first floor offers a quiet place to focus. Year-round comfort is built in through air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and an indoor fireplace. A second-floor laundry room with washer and dryer keeps things practical on longer stays. Kitchen and dining: From coffee to full dinners The kitchen is built for real use. A large breakfast bar seats four and connects the cooking space naturally to the dining and living areas. Coffee bar on the main level sets the tone for slower mornings, while the fully equipped kitchen - refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, and all the essentials - handles everything else. The dining area opens directly to a balcony overlooking the Intracoastal and pool, so meals can spill outside whenever the mood calls for it. Outdoor living: Where the canal meets the coast The outdoor spaces are where this home earns its reputation. The private heated pool sits at the center of it all, with pool heating available by request from December 1 to April 30 at an additional fee of $25 per day - contact the host at least 3 days before arrival to arrange. Sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and a BBQ grill make it easy to spend entire afternoons outside without needing much reason to go back in. The canal-front dock and boat slip put the water right at your feet, and beach essentials - towels, umbrella, beach blanket, snorkeling gear, and a kayak - are ready when you want to head to the shore. Private beach access makes that an easy decision. An outdoor shower keeps things clean after a day spent between the pool and the sand. Location: Quiet streets, coastal everything Set in Hammock Beach, the home is a short walk from the shoreline and just minutes from Flagler Beach's restaurants and local spots. Central Avenue is 4.6 miles away, and St. Augustine is well within reach for a day trip. The neighborhood is quiet and residential - close enough to everything, far enough from the noise. Good to know This is a pet-friendly home. Self check-in via smart lock. Noise monitoring technology is in use on the property (decibel monitoring only - no audio recording). One exterior security camera is located near the front door. Important NO GLITTER/NO DYE: Glitter is almost impossible to remove and will result in a $1,000 fine to cover excess cleaning. Do not use any temporary or permanent hair dye or other dye products in the rental. Evidence of dye will result in a $500 fine or more if damage occurs to sink, floors, carpets, etc. Primary contact is responsible for all guests along with anyone who enters the home during the stay to abide by these rules. No Smoking of any Kind: Smoking of any kind will result in a $750 additional cleaning and Ozone fee. This includes, but is not limited to vaping, cigarettes, marijuana, or any other form of smoking. POOL HEATING POLICY: Private pool is open year-round and equipped with a NEW high-performance electric pool heater. Pool heating service is available upon request only during Dec 1st to Apr 30th at an additional fee of $25 per day which covers added utility expenses. The temperature is set and locked to 81 Fahrenheit. If interested, you must contact the host at least 3 days prior to arrival to arrange for pool heating service. Good Neighbor Policy & Noise Monitoring: This home is located in a residential neighborhood, and we ask all guests to be mindful of our neighbors. To help ensure a peaceful environment, we use privacy-compliant noise monitoring technology that measures decibel levels (without recording conversations). If excessive noise or occupancy is detected, our team will receive an alert and reach out with a friendly reminder about quiet hours and maximum occupancy. You’ll also have access to a laundry room equipped with a free washer and dryer. Other things to note Florida is home to many bugs, insects, critters and many animals.
