The driveway fits two-three cars, and there is additional and ample free street parking available. ➤ Is the house equipped for remote workers? Yes! We offer high-speed WiFi and plenty of workspace to help you stay productive during your visit, inclusive of two desks tucked away in two separate bedrooms. The kitchen has ample space to work, as well. ➤ Is the house equipped for kids? Yes! Kids of all ages will enjoy the home. We have a Graco Pack ‘n’ Play available for young kiddos, and have ample games and activities for kids aged 1 to 92 :). ➤ Is the home pet-friendly? Pets are welcome! We kindly ask that you inquire before booking as we do require a fee to be paid. Entry is seamless with a smart lock (along with additional back-up access), and a unique code will be provided before check-in. Driveway parking is available for 2-3 cars, with ample free street parking also available. Enjoy the close proximity to all that Denver and the Metro has to offer, as well as quick access to the Rocky Mountains. Other things to note • Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM; please respect our neighbors. Parties are not allowed. • No Smoking Policy; designated outdoor smoking area provided, however, smoking is strongly discouraged on property. • Hot Tub - For your safety and the longevity of the hot tub, all guests must shower before and after use. Please do not bring food, drinks, or glass into the hot tub.
