Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place to stay. Spacious 4-bedroom villa in a quiet area about 3 km from the center of Ruka! The area has great outdoor opportunities in the middle of nature. A short distance to the sled trail! The space The entrance is located on the middle floor, which also has two bedrooms, an open kitchen/living room, a toilet and a small terrace to the backyard. Downstairs there is a lobby, shower facilities, a small sauna, a hot tub and a "mancave". There is a sofa bed in the lobby. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a toilet. Guest access The entire villa is available to guests. Firewood can be collected from the outdoor storage. Other things to note The final cleaning is always carried out by our hired professional team and the cost of the cleaning is 240e. The cleaning fee is made for an automatic booking through airbnb. Linens are not included in the price of the stay. Guests can rent them from the host for an additional price of 23e/person, making them ready for beds or bringing their own. Any linen fee should be done by bank transfer prior to arrival date. You will receive instructions after booking. PLEASE NOTE: A poison trap for ants has been set up in the apartment. Small ants, mostly near the downstairs shower areas.
