The chalet is also an excellent starting point for beautiful hiking routes through the region and is located in the tri-border point Austria - Italy - Slovenia. Of the three bedrooms, one is a loft with two single beds that can also be pushed together. In the lovely garden with covered terrace you can enjoy the peace and quiet of this area The Kötschach - Mauthen - Vorhegg ski area is a small but fine ski area with 6 km of slopes and 37 km of cross-country trails. Kötschach-Mauthen is located at the top of Carinthia's Gailtal valley, embedded in breathtaking mountain formations, belongs to the Nassfeld - Pressegger See tourist region and offers a good selection of restaurants and shops, various hiking and cycling tours, the Hike World with 25 themed trails and a large swimming pool (water and wellness oasis Aquarena).
