Inside, the apartment boasts approximately 75 m² of living space, ideal for up to 4 people. Two bedrooms, one with a comfortable box spring bed and the other suitably equipped for children yet also for adults, promise a restful night’s sleep. Entertainment is provided by a large plasma TV with a media receiver and Netflix, as well as a HiFi system with Bluetooth. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with modern appliances, including an induction stove, dishwasher, and both filter and capsule coffee machines. The bathroom offers a walk-in shower with underfloor heating, conveying a special sense of well-being. The spacious balcony, accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom, opens up a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea. A private parking space and barrier-free access to the in-house sauna via an elevator, which can be used free of charge, provide additional comfort.
