Usually the cheapest petrol in town. A McDonalds restaurant is situated next to the supermarket. St Matthews Healthcare and Squires Mews nursing homes and Cynthia Spencer Hospice are 1-5 mins drive away. Buses into town approx every 10 mins. The space The property is situated on a beautiful wide street which is very quiet despite joining a main arterial road into the town centre. It is a 1920's house so has spacious rooms and a large garden. 5G Wi-Fi is available. BEDROOM The bedroom has black out curtains, wardrobe and drawer space, a full length mirror, hair dryer and an optional desk/table and chair is available. Fresh linen, a blanket and clean towels are provided. BATHROOM The private bathroom is directly opposite the bedroom and is for your own personal use. Shampoo, shower gel etc are provided. KITCHEN/DINING ROOM There is a large kitchen/ dining area available which overlooks the back garden. Help yourself to complimentary tea/coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a microwave and dishwasher. A shelf in the fridge is at your disposal if required. Feel free to eat your meals in the dining area or if preferred you can take a tray to your room. UTILITY ROOM There is a utility room with iron and ironing board and the use of the washing machine for longer stays. GARDEN You're welcome to sit in the garden when the weather permits and there is a decking area and seating provided. Smoking is permitted in the garden only. The property is only few minutes walk away from a large supermarket, cashpoint, a petrol station, a Starbucks and a McDonalds. The local pub is also within easy walking distance. The Avenue Nursing Home, Squire Mews Nursing Home and Cynthia Spencer Hospice are on the doorstep. Moulton Industrial Estate is a 10 minute drive away. There is a regular bus service into town until late in the evening and the bus stop is a 4 minute walk away. Guest access Apart from the bedroom and private bathroom there is access to a fully equipped kitchen/dining room, a downstairs toilet, utility room and patio area in the garden. There is a space on the drive for car parking. During your stay There will be no other Airbnb guests staying and only myself and my partner here unless we have friends or relatives visiting. Please do not invite guests of your own to visit while you are staying here. The space is for you alone. There is nearly always someone at home to advise on the local area or help with any queries and if not I am always contactable by phone. Other things to note Well behaved dogs are welcome and there is a large secure back garden for them to use - please bring your own poo bags! The property backs on to a popular dog walking park with is accessible by a 2 minute walk. A large Morrison's supermarket which is open from 6am- 10 pm Monday to Saturday and 10am - 4pm on Sunday is a 1 minute drive /5 minute walk away. The free cash point there is accessible 24/7. The petrol station has usually the cheapest prices in town and is open 24 hours. A McDonald drive through and eat in restaurant is next to the supermarket (1 minute drive/ 5 minute walk if you want a quick and convenient meal after a long day, or a quick and convenient breakfast before heading off. It's open from 6am to midnight 7 days a week. Alternately, the Starbucks next door is open from 6.30am to 9pm Monday to Friday, 7am to 8pm on Saturdays and 8am to 8pm on Sundays. A local pub is a 2 minute drive/6 minute walk away which also serves food.
