Spacious 1920's house beautifully and stylishly decorated to the highest standard offering a comfortable and relaxing stay. The newly added ensuite bathroom ensures total privacy and convenience. The house is situated on a wide and very quiet street with ample parking and an EV charger on standard tariff. A large Morrisons supermarket and petrol station are 1 min drive away. There is also a McDonalds and a Starbucks situated next to the supermarket. Buses into town approx every 10 mins. The space As well as the bedroom and ensuite bathroom, there is access to a large bright kitchen and diner with bi-fold doors leading out to the patio and seating area which overlooks a large garden. Perfect for sitting out in on a summers evening. Complimentary tea/coffee is available. 5G Wi-Fi is available. BEDROOM The large double bedroom has black out curtains and a blackout blind, a wardrobe, bedside cabinet, with bedside lamp, a full length mirror, a comfy chair, hair dryer, bin and an optional desk/table and chair are available. Fresh linen, a blanket and clean bath and hand towels are provided. ENSUITE BATHROOM The stylish ensuite bathroom ensures privacy and convenience. Shampoo, shower gel etc are provided. KITCHEN/DINING ROOM There is a large kitchen/ dining area available which overlooks the back garden. Help yourself to complimentary tea/coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a microwave and dishwasher. A shelf in the fridge is at your disposal if required. Feel free to eat your meals in the dining area or if preferred you can take a tray to your room. UTILITY ROOM There is a utility room with iron and ironing board and the use of the washing machine for longer stays. GARDEN You're welcome to sit in the garden when the weather permits and there is a decking area and seating provided. Smoking is permitted in the garden only. The property is only few minutes walk away from a large supermarket, cashpoint, a petrol station, a Starbucks and a McDonalds. The local pub is also within easy walking distance. The Avenue Nursing Home, Squire Mews Nursing Home and Cynthia Spencer Hospice are on the doorstep. Moulton Industrial Estate is a 10 minute drive/ 30 minute walk away. There is a regular bus service into town until late in the evening and the bus stop is a 4 minute walk away. Guest access Apart from the bedroom and private bathroom there is access to a fully equipped kitchen/dining room, a downstairs toilet, utility room and patio area in the garden. There is a space on the drive for car parking. During your stay There will be no other Airbnb guests staying and only myself and my partner here unless we have friends or relatives visiting. Please do not invite guests of your own to visit while you are staying here. The space is for you alone. There is nearly always someone at home to advise on the local area or help with any queries and if not I am always contactable by phone. Other things to note Well behaved dogs are welcome and there is a large secure back garden for them to use - please bring your own poo bags! The property backs on to a popular dog walking park with is accessible by a 2 minute walk. A large Morrison's supermarket which is open from 6am- 10 pm Monday to Saturday and 10am - 4pm on Sunday is a 1 minute drive /5 minute walk away. The free cash point there is accessible 24/7. The petrol station has usually the cheapest prices in town and is open 24 hours. A McDonald drive through and eat in restaurant is next to the supermarket (1 minute drive/ 5 minute walk if you want a quick and convenient meal after a long day, or a quick and convenient breakfast before heading off. It's open from 6am to midnight 7 days a week. Alternately, the Starbucks next door is open from 6.30am to 9pm Monday to Friday, 7am to 8pm on Saturdays and 8am to 8pm on Sundays. A local pub is a 2 minute drive/6 minute walk away which also serves food. Moulton Park Industrial Estate is a 10 minute drive away and St. The Avenue Nursing home, Squire Mews Nursing Home and Cynthia Spencer Hospice are 1-5 minutes drive away. There is a regular bus service into the town centre- approximately every 15 minutes during the day and every half hour in the evenings and the bus stop is a 4 minute walk away. Journey time into town ranges from 8 minutes to 20 minutes depending on the time of day but is usually around 15 minutes.
