The space Lavender Cottage is a beautiful 1 bed cottage for couples and friends who want to escape to the countryside and explore the Cotswolds and surrounding areas. We wanted to create a holiday cottage where you feel at home and relax right from the minute you arrive. That’s why we have installed a large hot tub in the garden, completely private for your own use, that overlooks the stunning views of the Cotswolds area of outstanding natural beauty. As a bonus because we are in a rural location the nighttime sky’s are magnificent, and if you’re lucky you may see a shooting star or two! The cottage has a wood burning fireplace (logs are supplied) , so get cosy at night and read a book or watch a good film whilst snuggled up. We have a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. And a rustic farmhouse table for romantic dinners or brunch’s before heading out to explore for the day. Upstairs you will find a king size bed with wardrobes and drawer storage and luxury modern bathroom with bath and shower. Lavender Cottage is a private place so couples and friends are welcome to use the place like a home from home. The hot tub is also private and exclusive for guests. Available all year round. We are a working estate so you may see a tractor or two. We want you to feel right at home and like you got away from it all and relax by the time you open the door! Other things to note Lavender cottage is on our family farm estate and is situated in the Cotswolds area of outstanding natural beauty. A short drive off the main road takes you across the estate through the beautiful countryside where you can spot an array of wildlife and stunning views across Worcestershire and Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas. Once you reach the farm, there is parking and access to the cottage via a short flight of steps where you truly will feel away from the world and in your own peaceful hideaway. Lavender cottage is in the beautiful village of Elmley Castle. (Short walk, or 5mins drive) There is a lovely pub in the village and some wonderful walks and a stream running through the village by the local church. We are situated in the Cotswolds itself and are close to the famous Cotswolds landmarks.
