Other things to note ✅ A Few Helpful Notes for Your Stay After booking, all guests will need to be registered, including names and contact information. From November to May, the outdoor seating is not available. The outdoor area is still accessible, but the cushions are put away, and the area is not cleaned or maintained. The primary bedroom on the top floor does not have blinds/curtains. To ensure everyone has a comfortable experience, I kindly ask that guests treat the space with the same care and respect as they would their own home. Out of consideration for my neighbours, please keep noise to a minimum—especially during evening hours. While you're welcome to relax and unwind, parties and events are not permitted. 🚫 Please note that smoking, vaping, or the use of cannabis is not allowed inside the suite. 🕚 Check-out time is 11:00 AM. 📋 After booking, you’ll need to complete a short guest registration form—it only takes a minute. Travel Tip: 🛬 Flying into Toronto Pearson International Airport? I highly recommend the UP Express train. It’s a smooth 25-minute ride to Union Station with free WiFi onboard. From there, it’s just a short Uber or taxi to the property—super convenient and a great way to skip city traffic! 🗓️ If you're planning an extended stay of 4 months or longer, feel free to reach out before booking. In some cases, I may be able to register you with the building to allow for mail and delivery access. 🧻 To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a starter supply of essentials at the beginning of your stay, including items like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, laundry detergent, dish pods, etc. Please note that we do not replenish these items during your stay. Should you need more, there are several nearby stores for easy restocking. 🚨 In the event of an emergency, dial 911 for police, fire, or ambulance services. The emergency exit route is out the front door. There is a basement tenant, but they do not share any entrance or amenities with the main house.
