The space Our apartment measures about 30 m² + 10 m² of "terrace" and includes: A cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed (150 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. A modern and comfortable rest area (living room) with a sofa bed (140 x 190 cm), a SMART TV, and fast fiber optic Internet access (1 GB). A kitchenette (American kitchen style) equipped with all the accessories and equipment necessary to prepare your meals: a filter coffee maker, an electric kettle, a toaster, cutlery, etc. We will provide you with coffee, tea, sugar, as well as basic spices (salt and pepper-oil-vinegar). An extra room next to the kitchen, where you will find a fridge, microwave, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, table and iron. A modern bathroom with shower and necessary accessories (hair dryer, shower gel, soap, and a set of towels for each guest). A private terrace at the entrance to the apartment, ideal for drinking coffee or enjoying the sun. Air conditioning throughout the apartment. The apartment is most comfortable for 2 people, but if the space seems sufficient, it can accommodate up to 3 people maximum. Guest access The apartment is in a small local building with 6 apartments. It has a separate entrance on the ground floor, easy access for people with reduced mobility and guarantees your privacy. A private terrace at the entrance allows you to have a meal or enjoy a glass of wine. Only 1 minute from: A charming beach with breakwaters, where you can swim safely in the ocean. A welcoming café-restaurant offering local delicacies. A mini-market 20 meters away, and another 100 meters away, where you will find everything you need. Other things to note For your check-in, the identity information of all guests is required in accordance with Spanish law and remains strictly confidential. The apartment was undergoing a general renovation in December 2023, it is modernly furnished and equipped with new appliances. The door leading to the terrace is not locked, as it contains the electricity meters for the apartments in the building, which must remain accessible. Due to the specific legislation in Spain and the problem of so-called "Ocupas" in the apartments, an alarm system is installed (2 cameras recording images: 1 in the living room and 1 in the room adjoining the kitchen) as well as motion detectors on doors and windows. These devices are TURNED OFF during the guests' stay, and the cameras HAVE CACHES. We only activate the alarm during periods when the apartment does not welcome visitors.
