Kitchen has new full-size induction range and refrigerator, plus all cooking essentials. All new flooring/furnishings. Deck. In town westside location. Walking easy to NW Crossing, Newport Market, Galveston, downtown Bend. Cycling routes just outside front door. Phils trails 2 miles. NOTE-28 steps up from street! NO pets allowed! The space Spacious and comfortable 680 sq ft 1 bdrm apartment in a completely separate ADU on first floor of our home, in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful tree top views out your windows and private deck with bistro table and chairs. Great for multi month/long term stays. Remodeled in 2025! All new flooring and furnishings with new and complete kitchen. Amenities include; induction range, microwave, full size refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, hot water kettle and all cooking essentials. Living room has TV w/Amazon firestick with all streaming capabilities. Bedroom has luxurious pillow-top cal king bed, storage, ceiling fan and blackout curtains. Workspace area at dining table and also in bedroom. Bathroom has full tub/shower combo. For stays of 7 days or longer, dedicated washer/dryer available in laundry room just off the apt living room. Apt is well equipped for multi-month stays, with central heating and cooling. Very clean space, ideal for 1-2 adults, small child. NOTE - WE WILL NOT HOST 3 OR MORE ADULTS. Also, due to allergies, we cannot allow pets at anytime in the apt. Thank you for understanding and honoring our rules. Many fantastic restaurants and grocery stores walking distance (from .5 mile to 1.5 miles - 7 minutes to 20 minutes walk) for take out, or delivery and inside/outside dining. Great access directly to Cascade Lakes Highway and skiing 20 - 25 minutes away. Guest access Parking is just out your door, down the 28 stairs, on street in front of the house on very quiet and safe neighborhood street. We provide both inside your private apt and outside storage for bikes, kayaks, ski gear, and snowboards. There's also a private deck for enjoying coffee or meal outside. Long term stays with a minimum of one week or longer have access to a dedicated washer and dryer on-site. Airbnb collects the 11.9% city of Bend room tax and Oregon state tax in your final reservation cost, unless your stay is 28 days or longer. Rental over 28 days is exempt from local tourist tax.
