The Aspen Chalet has the soul of an old wood-framed farmhouse like no other, while being renovated, comfortable and cozy. Less than a 5-minute walk from the ski slopes and golf course of Mont d'Arbois or the Four Seasons Spa. It has 4 en-suite bedrooms (each with bathroom and TV), a large living/dining room/kitchen, a fireplace, a beautiful garden, terraces, a ski room, a sauna, a laundry room and a garage. The space During its construction, every piece of wood (beams, doors, stairs...) was carefully recovered from old farms to give this chalet an unparalleled character. Decorated with taste and care, it offers very nice services. A Chalet spread over 3 floors: - On the ground floor: A 1st Master suite opening on the same level as the garden, 2 toilets, large storage rooms, a Ski room (with automatic heating for ski boots), a Sauna, a laundry room (washing machine, dryer, drying rack, sink and iron), and a covered garage. The garage communicates with the interior of the chalet and is accessible from the outside by an automatic door as well as by a pedestrian entrance. 1 vehicle can be easily parked there, 1 other vehicle can park outside (next to the garage entrance) and many free spaces are also available at the foot of the chalet. - On the 1st floor: An entrance overlooking a large living/dining room/kitchen, bright with large openings, overlooking a beautiful terrace (with an outdoor dining area) and a garden. 2 Ensuite bedrooms (including 1 with a balcony) each with its own bathroom. 1 guest toilet. The living room has a large fireplace, comfortable sofas, a large TV (Samsung Smart TV) and a Devialet Audio system (2 speakers coupled for perfect cinema/music sound). The kitchen is fully equipped and has a huge fridge/freezer, a Godin kitchen piano (with 2 oven compartments, 3 gas burners, 1 electric and 1 plancha), a sink, a dishwasher (Miele) and all the necessary small appliances (Nespresso, microwave, kettle, bath grill, citrus press, etc.). Available, a professional Nespresso that will allow you to create recipes worthy of the greatest baristas (Cappuccino, Latte, Latte Macchiato, Flat White...). You can even customize your recipes by adjusting the temperature and texture of the milk foam. - On the 2nd floor: The floor is dedicated to the 2nd Master suite. This one has a very nice ceiling height, its own terrace with a panoramic view of Rochebrune, its TV (equipped with an electric arm), large storage, a safe, a Nespresso, its beautiful bathroom (large corner bathtub) and a toilet.
