Nice house for rent by the coast

Welcome to a very fresh, bright and cozy house with that little extra. The house is very nicely located in a Småland environment with proximity to the sea, meadows and forest. A big bonus is the underfloor heating throughout the house as well as a stove that makes the house warm and comfortable. The space In the cottage, you will be met by a welcoming spacious hall that is open and bright. There is underfloor heating throughout the cottage for high comfort. On the upper floor, you will find the laundry room with a sofa bed. A large bedroom with a double bed and two beds. On the lower floor there is a bathroom with washing machine and dryer. One bedroom with two single beds. A cozy corner with two comfortable armchairs. Large dining table with room for the whole family. In the kitchen there is a stove with a hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Kettle, coffee maker, toaster and other kitchen utensils. Baby high chair is available. On the terrace there is a barbecue and dining table as well as a wonderful evening sun overlooking the meadows. There is fast wireless Wifi (Fiber 100/100) included in the rental rate. Take a trip out on the lake to see seals and bird life. There is a small boat with oars that takes you out into the archipelago to find your very own island that you can relax on. There are life jackets and fishing equipment down by the lake house that you can use. We offer all this so that you will really enjoy your stay with us.
