Already in the last minutes of your arrival you know that you have arrived on vacation: On the edge of the Rothaar Mountains, 5 km away from the nearest larger town Bromskirchen about 600 meters high you will find the small village of Neuludwigsdorf with its not even 80 inhabitants, but so many regular holiday guests. The space At the very end of the village, framed by the nature reserve, you will find the only barrier-free vacation home up there. You can park and unload directly in front of the front door or in one of the available garages. In the spacious entrance area you can arrive properly or take a seat directly in the bright and modern living/dining/kitchen area. A glass at the kitchen counter, eating at the large dining table or comfortably on the couch - all wishes are fulfilled here. The flat-screen TV is connected to the Internet and the evening can also be enjoyed with cozy ambient lighting. The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, stove and microwave are mandatory, but also a coffee machine, kettle and toaster await your visit. The completely renovated vacation home with underfloor heating and electric shutters has two bathrooms with toilet and shower, one of which offers a barrier-free shower and can also be used by wheelchairs if necessary. The second bathroom also invites you to a cozy bubble bath. The house is of course heated sustainably by a modern air heat pump and green electricity. The two bedrooms can accommodate four adults. In the bedroom with exit to the west terrace there is a 200 x 220 cm box spring bed with electrically adjustable mattresses. An entry aid can be installed quickly if needed. A TV is also available here. The second bedroom has a bunk bed that offers generous sleeping comfort with two beds 140 cm wide. The south terrace offers the opportunity to enjoy the wonderful air and possibly also sunshine at any time of the day. Dogs are welcome and can run around in the garden - or of course on the versatile hikes that can be started directly from the front door in all directions. Mountain bikers will also find a paradise here. In nearby Winterberg (approx. 25 minutes by car) there are numerous leisure and wellness facilities and in winter there are a variety of winter sports available. We look forward to welcoming you!
