The trails that run through the natural park start just a few meters away. It's a perfect place to go for a walk and totally disconnect if that's what you're looking for. But the neighborhood also has an excellent public transport connection to downtown Barcelona. No unexpected surprises. The apartment is comfortable, modern, sunny, and with its south-facing facade. Sunlight enters through windows from dawn to afternoon. It is fully equipped to accommodate 3 people, and is absolutely ideal for a couple, or for a couple with a baby or a young child. Or even for 3 young people. But for 3 adults, it might not be very comfortable, especially for long-term stays. It has a room with a double bed with a high density foam mattress (200cm x 160cm / 79" x 63"). The room can be totally darkened and the nights are extremely quiet and quiet, you will only hear the singing of the night birds. Here you will rest better than in your own bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed, and a cot of 120cm x 60cm is also available. The terrace will allow you to fully enjoy the views and the mountain breeze. It has a wooden pergola that provides a nice shade and furnishings for eating out and relaxing. The house is equipped with air conditioning and also with underfloor heating. There is high speed wifi, smart TV with Netflix and HBO Max and there is a column speaker that works with Bluetooth. The kitchen comes with everything you might need, there is a variety of appliances and dinnerware for 4 people. If you come by car you will always find free and free place to park on the street next to the house entrance portal. If you come in public transport I will give you the best tips to get there. When you arrive, you will find the bed lying, and everything bright and prepared with great care. The train that links La Floresta with Barcelona functions as a metro line, has a lot of frequency (one train every 3 minutes in rush hour and every 12 minutes in the least frequency moments, such as Sundays and holidays), and allows you to reach Plaza Catalunya in just 23 minutes. The road to the railway station is downhill and is done in a 10-minute walk. The way back is with a little slope and is done in less than 15 minutes at a quiet pace. Adding the walk and waiting for the train, you'll need 45 minutes to get downtown. La Floresta is "zona 1" (the same rate as Barcelona city) and a trip to Barcelona costs just over 1 euro. To move between La Floresta and Barcelona, or within Barcelona you can use the public transport tickets "T-casual" (single person, 10 trips and costs 13€) or "T-Family" (multipersonal, 8 trips and costs €11.50). The "Hello Barcelona" card does not work here. Other things to note Access to the apartment is made by external, spacious and illuminated stairs. (this staircase can be seen in one of the photos) It is not an apartment prepared for people with reduced mobility or in a wheelchair. The "Tourist Tax" is a state tax of €1.75 per person per night. This tax is not included in the Airbnb fee and must be paid separately at the time of check-in.
