Located on the ground floor, this studio is designed with open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas. The living room features a comfortable double bed with bedding for maximum comfort, a double sofa bed and a television. Being at street level, light is more limited and there may be some occasional noise. Ideal for practical and functional stays. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and utensils, including a stove, oven, and microwave. There is also a dining table for four. The property has a drying rack and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs for added convenience. The spacious bathroom includes all the essentials for your comfort, such as fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
