The fully open loft has a double bed for 2 people, a sofa bed for 2 people, a separate bathroom, a kitchen with everything to cook (microwave, oven, stove, fridge, full utensils) Located in downtown Valencia, in the trendy neighborhood par excellence, Ruzafa. Accessible to all parts of the city on foot, just a 12-minute walk from Plaza del Ayuntamiento. If you prefer, you can go to the river, the Turia gardens, 12 minutes away. The City of Arts and Sciences and the Roig Arena are a 10-minute walk away. Area with many services and restaurants to choose from. Consum supermarket on the same street. Bus to the beach, 2 minutes walk.
