Welcome to Casa Mare Smeraldo. The accommodation is located on the second floor of a building a few steps from the sea and has a large open plan living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces and a private parking space in front of the property. There is a cellar to use as a bike storage. The house has been completely refurbished and offers all kinds of comforts for an enchanting stay full of sea, sun and relaxation in the wonderful beaches of San Lorenzo al Mare. Free WI-FI. The space Recently renovated and furnished with modern furniture, when you enter the accommodation you will be greeted by an open speace with a beautiful island in the kitchen where guests can find all the things they may need: equipped kitchen, dishwasher, various dishes, etc... In the living room a comfortable sofa bed where you can relax watching a little TV, wi-fi attached throughout the house. In the two bedrooms equipped with everything we can find outlets to insert the keys and listen to good music. We also have 2 bathrooms complete with shower. For use by guests, we have a washing machine that guests can use as they please. At the foot of the building we find a reserved parking space and a cellar where you can put bikes, being the accommodation near the beaches and the cycle-pedestrian track.
