Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. It is a unique wood-paneled architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and modern interior design that leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel good. The space The forest villa with "Haus Gustav" is a very special place for a summer vacation or a cozy autumn break. The vacation home directly in the forest and just steps from the water is built in a solid construction and thus leaves nothing to be desired despite a vacation in the nature retreat. The wood-paneled architectural house is equipped with underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, smart TVs, a total of three bathrooms each with a walk-in shower at ground level, a freestanding bathtub in one of the bedrooms, box spring beds, children's room with bunk bed and single bed, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and induction hob as well as microwave, fireplace and sauna. The terrace surrounded by pine trees invites you to relax and have barbecues. A barbecue and patio furniture are also available. In total, the unit Haus Gustav of our forest villa can accommodate up to 7 guests. An extra bed in one of the bedrooms as a single bed is possible. The spacious forest house is located directly in nature, absolutely quiet and just steps away from the fine sandy beach of the coast. The property is located directly on the edge of the forest with numerous pine trees. The house has its own parking space for two cars. The house "Gustav" is a separate unit of a forest villa with its own access. On request, it can be connected to the tiny house "Franz" for a larger group. Via a staircase, it is possible to use the forest villa completely, for example for large families or groups. There is a large double bed available in the 2 bedrooms as well as a separate children's room with a single bed and a bunk bed. Optionally, an extra bed (single bed) is possible in a bedroom or the installation of a baby bed is on request. If co-sleeping in the 180 cm wide box spring bed is okay for you, that is also possible for you. Please note that unfortunately we are not able to welcome dogs in the forest villa. The house is also a strict non-smoking house. A bonfire may not be lit in the forest at any time of year. Camping on the area of the forest villa is not possible. Arriving in the camper would not be a problem. An external power connection, for example for supplying campers, is available. Our WaldVilla consists of the units "Haus Gustav" and "Tiny House Franz". Each unit has a private entrance, private terrace and private driveway with carport.
