New cabin by the lake

Cozy cabin on the shore of Nisser, the second largest lake in Telemark. Start your day with a refreshing dip in the lake, or just enjoy the view from the breakfast table. Spend your day hiking, playing, cycling or canoeing. If you ar visiting during the winter season, Gautefall, with possibilities of cross-country skiing and downhill slopes, is only a short care ride away. If your aim is to relax, then just light one of the fireplaces inside or outside and enjoy the changing landscape. Welcome! The space This family cabin was finished in the sommer of 2022. It has unobstructed views of Nisser lake and direct access to a cosy cove and good hiking opportunities. With a large common room in addition to a loft and four separate roms, this cabin is designed to both offer space to be together and privacy. Large windows provide contact with the nature outside. Seating areas on all four sides of the cabin give the opportunity to adjust the experience after the weather, whether you're looking for shelter from the wind, respite from the sun or the full heat of the sun. The area where the cabin is located belongs to our family´s farm. When it was decided that the land was to be used for cabins, we were given the opportunity to be a part of selecting this specific lot before they went on the open market. We have always enjoyed this area and we used to spend time here in order to experience the nature even before the cabin was built. Our family loves it here and we want to give more people the opportunity to enjoy life by the lake. Other things to note Hand soap, toilet paper and hand towel are available in the cabin. If you wish, you can have beds made for NOK 200 per person. There are opportunities to borrow a kayak and a canoe.
