Idyllic, cozy and modern cottage of 72 sqm in scenic surroundings🌲🦆🦌🪵 Ribe city is about 4 km away ✨ The cottage is newly renovated and is well suited for couples, friends on a trip and families with children who can sleep in the same room, as the 1st floor is a large room. The only thing to note - however, very important, is that the railway is right next to the house, as the cottage was previously a caretaker's house and there is no fence🛤️ The space The home consists of a smaller hallway, newly renovated bathroom and kitchen/living room on the ground floor and a large room upstairs with four single beds and a weekend bed for baby. Guest access The entire home. Other things to note Water, heating and electricity are settled according to the tenant's consumption. Electricity/heating: DKK 4 per kWh Water: 85,- Danish kroner per m3 PLEASE NOTE: You must bring all basic items to the home yourself. This includes: towels, dish towels, cloths, bed linens, sheets for the beds (90x200), toilet paper, kitchen roll, dish soap, soap, firewood, spices, etc. However, you can buy: Starter package: 100 Danish kroner. Starter pack contains 3 cloths, 3 dishcloths, 3 dishwasher tablets, 10 fire starters and 1 pack of firewood (about 10 kg) Extra firewood: 50 Danish kroner.
