Please see below the usage rules and information: - Usage fee: $100/stay. - We do not provide the gas, the guest is responsible for the purchase and installation - If damages are encountered in the pool area and/or inside the house due to misconduct of the grill, a penalty fee of $300 will be applied - The BBQ grill and area where it is located MUST be cleaned after usage. A penalty fee of $100 will be applied if the area is found in bad condition (includes trash, oil, debris, etc.) Please confirm with the team for availability.
