Enjoy the convenience of lakefront access, WiFi, three washing machines/dryers, rumpus room with super secret access, entertainment rooms, fireplace, and an elevator for your guests needing accomodations during your visit. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. Our outdoor spaces include a Jacuzzi, firepit, pickleball court, and basketball hoop! You can grill al fresco with our massive gas grill, right outside the kitchen door. Go for a kayak trip or paddle board to the nearby nature preserve. Or just float on the lake as the swans pass. With a boat rental facility close by, you can dock your own vessel at the pier and enjoy sunset cruises. No detail has been missed. The kids will spend hours in the water or in the multiple playrooms, highlighted with a foam pit, climbing wall, slide, and cozy reading nooks. -HOUSE RULES -PLEASE PROVIDE A PICTURE OF THE DRIVER'S LICENSE OF THE PERSON RENTING THE PROPERTY. THIS IS FOR SECURITY PURPOSES AND TO ASSURE WE HAVE NO FRATERNITY TYPE EVENTS HERE. TIMELY CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is by 10:00 a.m. sharp. These times help our team ensure everything is clean and ready for each guest’s stay. MAXIMUM GUEST COUNT The home sleeps 23 guests maximum. This includes all adults and children (excluding infants under 1), whether staying overnight or visiting for a short time. Please provide an accurate guest count and ages of kids when booking. GUEST COUNT POLICY Guest count must reflect the total number of people who will be on the property at any time. This helps us prepare the space properly and stay compliant with local rules. CELEBRATIONS WELCOME, PARTIES NOT PERMITTED We welcome birthdays, reunions, and other special gatherings. However, respectful behavior is expected at all times. It’s not about the size of the group—it’s about conduct. --- Keep noise levels reasonable --- Honor quiet hours --- No excessive drinking, loud music, or disruptive behavior The property is monitored for noise and occupancy to maintain a peaceful environment. QUIET HOURS Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and are strictly enforced to ensure restful nights and respect for guests and neighbors. NO INDOOR OR OUTDOOR SMOKING Smart smoke detectors will notify us of violations and trigger a $1,000 fee. NO PETS ALLOWED HOME MONITORING To ensure safety and rule compliance, this property is equipped with: --- 2 outdoor security cameras FIREWORKS NOT ALLOWED Fireworks are prohibited per local ordinances to ensure safety and respect for neighbors and wildlife.
