The space This apartment is the ground floor of a beach villa with a lock off system, that is, there are two apartments for four people each that can be joined together to form one. Each apartment has 1 private bathroom, 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and air conditioning, 1 living room, 1 dining room, and a full kitchen. The ground floor apartment has a pool and an outdoor terrace. The upstairs apartment has a roof top with a palapa and a jacuzzi. Both apartments have independent access when they are not rented together. The Airbnb rental includes the ground floor unit and they are separated from the other unit by a lockable gate located at the interior entrance. The bedroom has a queen bed (for two people) and a pair of hammocks to put two additional hammocks that you could bring if you need. There is only air conditioning in the bedroom. The living room of the apartment has a sofa bed that has a ceiling fan above it. The living room and dining room do not have air conditioning at the moment. If being cramped in a room is not an impediment for you, you can have room for up to 6 people by bringing 2 of your own hammocks. In the house we will leave a hammock for outdoor use so you can rest next to the pool because we also put hammocks there, they can be used in the bedroom but they are somewhat uncomfortable to sleep in at night. The sea is accessed by foot (less than a minute) Parking can be done on the sidewalk on the avenue or on the surrounding sandy streets, there is no private parking. The area is very safe since the police station is two blocks away and the marines are 2 blocks away. There are state surveillance cameras on the corner. Also two blocks away there is an Oxxo (convenience store) for urgent things. The sea is very calm and you can swim in it without problem Other things to note In this area the beach is very nice and quite wide, the sunsets are spectacular because of the stone pier that is on the horizon, and you can go to the sheltered port and Pig Beach which is one km along the beach. If you need to rent a boat, jet ski or hobby wave, very close by, in the marinas, there are several that can help you. If you are more into fishing, I can put you in touch with local fishermen who can take you fishing from the seashore of the village.
