This charming little wooden house, located next to the municipal pools, offers a cozy and peaceful atmosphere. Built with wooden boards and a terracotta tile roof, its rustic design gives it a special charm. Large windows allow natural light to illuminate the interior. Next to the house, a small well-kept garden provides freshness and privacy, surrounded by a fence. At the back of the property there is a fence with fruit trees and chickens. The space ONLY ACCEPTED from 2 NIGHTS onwards The house has 2 sofa beds of 1.35 meters. Guest access On the property there is an area with grass and garden as well as fruit trees and chickens. The interior rooms consist of: A living room with 2 sofa beds of 1.35 meters, a coffee table between the two sofas, a coat rack, a shelf with decorative elements, a large round table where you can eat, 3 stools, fridge-freezer, microwave, electric coffee maker and shelves in which there are kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a bathroom cabinet, toilet and shower. Just to the right of the entrance door there is an electric water heater, a wooden bench, another coat rack and a sink with space to store cleaning utensils and a wooden cupboard where glasses, plates and cutlery are located. There is also a large bookshelf. Outside on the left there is 1 sofa bed of 1.35 with a small table overlooking the garden where there is a stone bench and a laundry room. Other things to note The area is very well located in the village with bars, supermarkets and all kinds of establishments that you can walk to. They have the municipal swimming pools in front (heated and outdoor), with a paddle court and a park with swings. In addition, the space is surrounded by the Asma River walkway, a perfect area to stroll and enjoy the river and nature. There is also an area for letting dogs off right next to the river.
