Villa Sofie is located on Nordbornholm in the cozy fishing village of Tejn. At Tejn harbor, there is a small beach and a wilderness bath/sauna that you can rent. From Sofie you can take lovely walks along the rocky coast both one way towards Allinge-Sandvig (4 km) and the other way towards Helligdomsklipperne (5 km). Here in LilleHus (27 m2) there are two beds, a bathroom and a small kitchen with air fryer, hob/microwave. TIP: Villa Sofie also consists of StoreHus with room for 2-4. Find them together as well. The space Note: Karla does not have a large oven, only air fryer, microwave and hot plate. Karla has no TV. But there's wifi. The house comes with a little of everything, i.e. a little toilet paper, dish soap, etc., but you must supplement yourself during your stay if you are missing. Don't forget to sort your garbage. NOTE: Buy a linen package with bed linen and a towel for DKK 150 per person from me. I request via Airbnb when booking. You are also welcome to bring your own. I will leave dishcloths and cloths and toilet towels for you. Note: From November 1 to April 7, including Easter, a regular rate of DKK 2.5 per kWh is paid for electricity consumption. There are heat pumps in all houses as a heat source. Check in/out: Remember to go out with garbage and turn off the heat. The houses are close to Brugsen, ice cream shop (IsKalas), the brewery Penyllan, which also sells food and drink. Right across from Villa Sofie is Brothers Bakery, who also makes pizza. Very close to Villa Sofie you will find Smedjen, which is a cool culture house with street food, markets, concerts and much more. Villa Sofie is centrally located next to Strandvejen in relation to buses along the coast one and the other way. You can also find Skipperkroen down to the harbor, which is a lovely restaurant with formidable views. There's also a great lifestyle store “House of hūmørr” on the harbor. You will therefore encounter other guests if it is rented out during the same period as yours. There may also be other guests in the main house that you encounter, but you do not have the same entrance and do not share the garden as guests to the main house.
