Highlights of the accommodation: The laundry room, a private terrace/garden, smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen and cozy sleeping areas. The space Near the property there are stops, supermarkets, bakeries, banks, pharmacies, restaurants and the St. Marien Hospital, yet nature is around the corner. In the cozy kitchen-living and dining area with garden views, you can enjoy time together. The bathroom is modernly furnished, there you will find a walk-in rain shower, hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, soap and toilet paper. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven/microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, as well as basic dishes, cutlery, pots and pans. In the sleeping area, which is divided into two lockable rooms, there is a 180 double bed, a baby bed and a sleeping chair in one room. The second room has two 90 single beds. In each bedroom you will find storage for your personal belongings. To give you a nice feeling of sleep, our beds are equipped with luxurious hotel mattresses. In addition, each guest receives a hand towel and a bath towel. Guest access Access to the house is either via the street side if you arrive without a car or via the back of the building if you arrive by car. At the back of the building you will see the parking lot belonging to the apartment. Through the garden you will reach the terrace, where you will see a yellow door on the right side, this is the laundry room. On the left, you will see the back door through which you enter the building to your apartment. The quiet terrace can be used freely by you.
