This home boasts amazing views from the home, deck or patio of the beautiful Lake Erie Sunrise's. This home has 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, lots of open space, and an amazing large kitchen. Great place to celebrate a weekend, vacation, honeymoon, Anniversary, birthday, holidays, or fishing. The house sleeps 6 comfortably with bedroom 1 overlooking the lake boasting a queen bed, bedroom 2 has a queen bed that has a twin bunk on top. There are also 2 couches and a chair that folds down to a bed and 2 reclining chairs. All bedrooms are upstairs. It has boiler heating, and window air conditioners. It has a nice-sized backyard with a new wood deck overlooking the water, a patio just outside the back door and a covered front porch. 5 car parking, has 2 driveways (1 on each side of the house 1 driveway is 41 feet long) or up to 2 pickup trucks with boat trailer along the fence. It has all the makings of home fridge, electric stove, microwave, toaster, Coffee maker, crock pot, toaster oven, dishwasher, dishes, pots, pans, plates, can opener cups, silverware, baking pans, and a washer and dryer. If we miss anything , please let us know and we will make sure to have them before your next visit. We have air freshener's plugged in, if you don't like the smell or the use of them, feel free to turn them off or unplug them. Check in is self serve by electronic door code The basement, the 3rd bedroom and some cabinets/closets are not accessible by guests. These are noted on the doors. Guest access The house sleeps 8 comfortably with bedroom 1 overlooking the lake boasting a queen bed, bedroom 2 has a queen bed that has a twin bunk on top and a chair that coverts to a bed. There are also Queen sofa sleeper, 1 large couch and a love seat couch, and 2 reclining chairs incase you need extra sleeping areas for extra guests. All bedrooms are upstairs. It has boiler heating, and window air conditioners. It has a nice-sized backyard with a new wooden deck overlooking the water, a patio just outside the back door and a covered front porch. 5 car parking, has 2 driveways (1 on each side of the house 1 driveway is 41 feet long) or can easily hold 2 pickup trucks with 1 boat/trailer on the one side of the house and the other boat/trailer can be dropped in the 2nd driveway and vehicles can park in front. There is a boat launch less than 2 miles from the house just off Dixie Hwy across from the St Charles church. It has all the makings of home with a fridge, electric stove, microwave, toaster, Coffee maker, crock pot, toaster oven, dishwasher, dishes, pots, pans, plates, can opener cups, silverware, baking pans, and a washer and dryer.
