Our pool also features a cordless battery powered automatic pool cleaner! Just pull it off the dock, put it in the pool and hit the button. It will do it's thing and then, for your convenience, it will surface itself to the top when it's done to be put back on the charger! The "Suite Escape" (MBR) features a giant Master Bath with double shower head walk-in shower, separate Jacuzzi tub that COMFORTABLY seats 2 adults (or multiple children for easy family bath time), separate vanities and private toilet closet. We have also added a "Sitting area" in the Master Bath Room and a mini-fridge so the "Masters of your Group" can have a relaxing escape for themselves! ;) In addition, you will find a 20' balcony overlooking pool and canal area. When you're ready to wind down, you'll enjoy the 50" 4k LED HDR smart TV, a King-size bed equipped with a top-of-the-line, sleep number, adjustable, mattress with giant pillow top, and black out curtains, and sound machine! **prepare for the most magnificent slumber!** The Oasis (BR#2) also features a King-size bed with a deluxe Nolah Evolution "Luxury" mattress (4.9 of 5 stars), black out curtains, 50" TV with streaming availability, Nintendo NES classic mini console preloaded with 30 old school Nintendo games), DVD player (plenty of DVDs to choose from located in the living room downstairs), slider closet. AND a walk-in closet! Inside the walk-in closet you will find the "The Secret Hideaway." Let's just say it will be the biggest hit to adults and children alike! The Refuge (BR#3) features a queen size adjustable sleep number bed, double-slider closet, 75" TV with full streaming abilities, and black out curtains! The 75" TV is definitely theatre like! Bonus BR4 (downstairs with queen bed) doubles as an 'office space' for those who need it: comes with desk computer chair, printer/scanner and shredder provided. This bonus bedroom and dedicated workspace also features a double slider glass door (with remote-controlled blackout shades) and direct access to pool deck (Hammock outside and to the left). It is entirely screen-enclosed and has a 65" smart TV with remote (inside by fireplace mantle), also links to its own brand new, state of the art, SONOS system featuring, subwoofer, amp, and over 8 speakers. Link it to the inside system or operate independently. A 14 ft, 2-person hammock (450 lb capacity) in the enclosed pool cage, wrap around bar area almost 20' in total, 2025 purchased gas grill (grill utensils in kitchen in labeled drawer), backyard access on both sides, outdoor mini fridge, pool mini basketball net, and a floating pool lounger. You and your crew can enjoy movies, shows, or sports events while floating in the heated-saltwater pool (don't be afraid, water temp is kept at 88 degrees), swaying in the hammock, relaxing on the cabana bed, or sipping margaritas at the dining table! All the while enjoying the tunes/movies of your pleasure or turn it all of and find solace in the relaxing sounds of nature! Outside of the pool cage an entirely fenced yard (excepting waterfront). Swim at your own risk, but why? The pool is right behind you! You'll also find the brand-new dock (rebuilt and extended Dec 24'), so feel free to throw in a fishing pole and try your luck--you will find some basic fishing gear in the shed. And what's a vacation without smores'??? Utilize the outdoor in-ground fire pit for evening smores making! You'll find some fire starter fluid, kindling and medium and thicker wood pieces waiting for you and feel free to turn on the hose and pull it out for safety (it doesn't leak and is tangle free). Entrance: Arrive to the soothing sounds of the waterfall urns that light up at night, enclosed porch with one of the comfiest couches you'll ever sit on (just slip the cover off and put back on when you depart), as well as couch additional couch cushions. Parking in the extended driveway easily allows for 5 vehicles. Parking: There are four(4) designated parking spots in the driveway. Other things to note Location-wise; Palm Harbor is nearly impossible to beat and you don't even need to leave Palm Harbor! Golfing, festivals, fine-dining, live music, tiki bars, and casual dining all in downtown Palm Harbor (approx. 3 miles away). Golfers Rejoice! Entrance to Innisbrook (home of the PGA VALSPAR tournament) is less than 1 mile away! You could, of course, stay on resort, but then no private heated pool, you would not be on the water, no lake access, you'd need multiple places (our home sleeps 8 on beds alone), no entertainment systems, etc. And of course, you will pay resort style prices. Bring friends and enjoy far more amenities and privacy at far less price! Who doesn't enjoy more for less? Want to venture out? Only a FEW miles to the north and enjoy Tarpon Tuesdays, the Tarpon Sponge Docks, more festivals and events. Just southwest of our retreat you will find downtown Dunedin, the Dunedin Causeway, and Clearwater Beach. Head 15 minutes Southeast you'll find Safety Harbor (also home to Second Saturdays). And the lively city of Tampa (and Tampa International Airport) is a convenient 35-minute commute. You'll find options aplenty, but here are a few recommendations: - Fine Dining: Try Bascom's Steakhouse in Clearwater (Pierre is the man!), The Black Pearl in Dunedin, or Packard's Steakhouse (Located at the famous Innisbrook Golf Club (PGA Tour Host) less than 5 minutes away from the property!) - Dazzling Pizza can be found at Fairway (also with Live Music quite often). - Are you a dive bar lover? Try the Anclote Boat Club (tell Mike "Coach" sent you), or if you want to venture a little further there's Mahuffer's in Indian Shores. - Prefer a local Bar and Grill? Snappers features a Comedy Club, indoor/outdoor dining, live music quite often and you don't even have to leave the neighborhood. George is the Owner and a great, great guy! They also have amazing dine-in specials such as "buy 10/get 10 free wings" on Mondays, "Taco Tuesdays", "Wrap Wednesdays", and MORE! Their sushi is also PHENOMENAL--only available after 5pm. For this getaway your only two questions to ask yourself are "When we are booking and how long can we stay?!"
