The space The villa features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious living and dining area with open kitchen, a balcony, a roof terrace, and a surrounding terrace. Outside, you’ll find a private pool (4.10 m × 2.80 m) with outdoor shower, 2 sun loungers, and a dining table for 6—perfect for enjoying the sun all day. On the ground floor, there is the living-dining area with fully equipped open kitchen, a washing machine, and the first bedroom with double bed, TV, built-in wardrobe, and private bathroom with shower. The first floor has two more bedrooms with double beds, built-in wardrobes, and ensuite bathrooms with showers. From this floor, you can access the large balcony and the roof terrace, offering stunning views of the two salt lagoons of Torrevieja. The villa is fully equipped with central air conditioning for cooling and heating. Free street parking is available.
