Welcome to a brand new, clean place to relax. Sit on the deck looking over Dexter Reservoir and enjoy that first morning cup of coffee or tea. In the afternoon or evening, BBQ you favorite meal. It has a toaster over but not a regular stove. If you're looking for little to no light pollution, you've found the place! The space You are looking at a one bedroom, one bath apartment, with a private washer and dryer. in a upscale neighborhood. The bed is a queen, as is the futon in the living-room (roll away twin bed available upon request). Your apartment will overlook Dexter Reservoir and the Lowell Covered Bridge. Watch the sunrises and sunsets from your full-length covered deck. The kitchen does not have a traditional stove. In its place we have an extra large toaster oven (with all the bells and whistles), a full sized BBQ, and a full-size microwave oven, also a double hot plate. The apartment does have a full-sized refrigerator and a small dishwasher. "After a few memorable pet adventures, we’ve made the difficult decision to go pet-free. We’re grateful for your understanding!" Guest access The entire apartment is yours alone, as is the covered deck. To get here you go up to first street and turn east. Continue up the hill until you see two large water towers. We live across the street from the large green water tower. Park on the street. Your car will be safe as only two maybe three cars pass by a day. There are stairs on the west side of the house that will lead you down to the apartment. The stairs will be lit up at night. You will receive a code to access the lock into the apartment before you arrive. Other things to note Guest have their own private entrance into this cute little apartment. Every window is overlooking the lake, with sunrises and sunsets to be had. Lowell has a wide variety of birds that live in or around the lake, including Bald Eagles. You'll very likely see deer, turkeys, and other wildlife strolling through the yard. Enjoy the outside view or sit inside and enjoy free wi-fi and watch streaming services on TV. Lowell has a wonderful coffee shop (Stomping Grounds), Armondos (Mexican cuisine), or pizza and burgers at Bridgetown Market. Dexter Lake Club (famous for the filming of Animal House) is across the lake and is home to excellent BBQ cuisine. There are two taverns within 3 miles, both serve great food and drinks! We have a roll-A- Way bed that can be brought in. I'm sorry but we do not allow pets.
