My son and I built this tiny house with own two hands and I couldn’t be more proud of it! ❤️ You are only a half a mile walking distance from beautiful Dexter Reservoir, you’ll have free on-site parking, and a completely private experience.  The space You’ll have a fully fenced in yard with a beautiful deck. The outside deck has a gas fireplace, a futon, and comfortable rocking chairs. As you’re sitting on the deck, you’ll be looking west toward the beautiful sunset skies. Guest access You have the front yard of the tiny house, a beautiful deck that’s attached with a gas fireplace, and the entire use of the house. Utilizing the deck makes this tiny house feel twice as big!
