After this time and until midnight, check-in is possible with an extra fee of €25, payable to the person who will wait for you beyond working hours. All guests are therefore required to provide valid ID for registration with the local police authorities and to sign a formal rental contract, as required by law. 3.The property is rented exclusively to private individuals for tourism purposes. Otherwise, the elevator may block and become unusable for other residents of the building. 5.Heating in the apartment is centralized and operates according to the building’s scheduled hours.
