Welcome to Barnacle Bay. Your home away from home. We are located in the heart of Hampton Beach, right in the middle of the boardwalk. Walk to the beach and all the entertainment, restaurants right from your front door. Barnacle Bay is a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment. We provide all of your basic essentials including beach gear - beach towel, beach chairs, umbrella and beach wagon included. Spend the day at the beautiful beach and come home and relax in your cozy home away from home. The space Barnacle Bay is a 2 bedroom suite, 1 bathroom suite with two full size beds. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire suite. Parking for this unit is a 2 minute walk around the corner. It is not in the driveway of the home! There is designated parking for one vehicle. Any additional vehicles will need to find alternative parking or park for free at the Hampton Park & Ride. Other things to note The bathroom is on the smaller side in this unit, but you should be able to get an idea in the photos. This unit includes one off-site parking space located approximately a one-minute walk from the property. While rare, the parking area may occasionally be affected by severe weather, heavy rainfall, or unusually high tides that can result in temporary flooding. To our knowledge, this has occurred only once within the past three years. In the event that the designated parking area becomes inaccessible, guests will be responsible for making their own alternative parking arrangements. Refunds, discounts, reimbursement of parking expenses, or other forms of compensation will not be provided under these circumstances. All vehicles are parked at the owner's risk. We assume no responsibility or liability for vehicle damage, theft, loss, vandalism, weather-related impacts, towing, or any issues arising from parking availability or access.
