Location and lifestyle Located directly above Tamarama Beach and Park, the apartment sits at the centre of Sydney’s most coveted coastal stretch. 400m (4-minute walk) to Tamarama Beach Walk north to Bondi Beach and Icebergs Walk south to Bronte Beach, Clovelly, Gordon’s Bay and Coogee The Bondi-to-Bronte coastal walk passes directly below 3-minute walk to Bondi Road’s cafés and restaurants, including Totti’s, Sefa and Iberica 10-minute walk to Bondi Junction Westfield for shopping and transport Whether your days are spent swimming, surfing, walking the coast, dining out, or doing very little at all, everything is within easy reach for a wonderful holiday. Guest access Guests enjoy flexible, hassle-free check-in. You’ll be greeted personally by the host & shown through the apartment, or provided secure self-check-in details via lock box access if the host is not available to personally meet you at your scheduled time of arrival. The apartment is located in a modern high-security building with lift access, secure underground parking & lift access from parking garage. Front building entry has side gate access with a ramp to wheel luggage direct into the lift if arriving by Uber or Taxi. (no stairs for access) Rear gated entry for a quick beach access - 4 min walk down through the park & onto the sand. Any further questions about access please ask the host, happy to assist where possible. Other things to note I personally greet guests on arrival to ensure a smooth check-in, then leave you to enjoy the privacy of your stay. I’m always available by phone or message for local recommendations, surf spots, cafés, coastal walks or anything you need. Security Verification and ID To comply with building security requirements, all guests must provide valid photo ID. For safety reasons, only the guests listed on the booking are permitted to stay. No Smoking / No Vaping This is a strictly no-smoking property, in accordance with the building’s strata by-laws. The building is a non-smoking building, including balconies and all common areas. Fire detectors installed in the apartment and common areas are sensitive and any fire brigade call-out fees resulting from smoke or vape or smoking odour cleaning will be charged to the guest. Pests Australia’s coastal climate is tropical at times. Although the property and building undergo regular pest control, occasional tiny insects can appear seasonally. This is normal for Sydney’s beachside suburbs. House Rules Please also review the house rules, as proceeding with the reservation confirms your agreement to the terms of the booking and the property guidelines. Guests are responsible for the property and any damages or excessive cleaning during their stay. This is a no-party, pet-free home to ensure a peaceful and secure environment for all residents and guests.
